Vipassana is one of the ancient techniques of meditation taught by Buddha, which means to see things the way they really are. Buddha started Vipassana over 2,500 years ago after learning that people can wash away the causes of suffering once they see the true nature of it. Vipassana meditation mentally train people to strengthen their mind. It guides us to live in present opening our hearts and minds to miseries that arises in our lives in the moment and teaches us to deal with it naturally.

Vipassana meditation is for those who are in search of real peace of mind and those who want to lead a happy life. In our life, we experience frustration, failures and often find ourselves in misery. We over think the things that does not even exist, which prevents us from being mindfully present and lead our life in a normal way. We have no idea how to deal with our misery, instead we end up distributing it to others. So, Vipassana meditation not only teaches us the techniques to achieve real peace but, it also helps us to avert stress and disease expanding the brain.
